Hotel accommodations are not
included in your registration fees, however, for your convenience,
we have reserved a block of rooms at the conference rate for the
nights of October 6 & 7, 2011. These rooms are available on a
first-come-first-serve basis. In previous years, these rooms have
filled up quickly so make sure to reserve yours soon.
A special room rate has been
negotiated for Banff Venture Forum delegates. For room
reservations, contact Fairmont Reservations directly and ask for
Banff Venture Forum 2011 room rates. Room
reservations must be made by September 5,
2011 to be eligible for special Banff Venture Forum
2011 pricing.
Room rates for Fairmont category
rooms are $309* per night plus $10 service
charge. (taxes not included in price)
*Room rates are based on single occupancy and subject
to taxes (4% Tourism Levy; 5% GST; 2% Tourism Improvement Fee) and
availability.

From Calgary International Airport
(about 1 hour 45 minutes):
Take Barlow Trail South to 16th
Avenue
Go west (right) onto 16th Avenue
16th Avenue becomes Trans-Canada
Highway 1, which takes you right to Banff
You must stop at the National
Park Gates to obtain your Park Pass
Approximately 15 minutes passed
the park gates exit at the Banff/Lake Minnewanka exit.
At the stop sign turn left on
Banff Ave.
Follow Banff Ave to the end and
over a bridge.
After the bridge, turn left and
stay in the left lane onto Spray Ave.
This street will take you
directly to the front doors of the hotel

The hotel's parking is located
beside the Convention Center. It is a three-level roofed parkade
with 415 parking spaces:
- Self-parking: $25 CAD/night, with unlimited access
- Valet service is also available: $33 CAD/night, with unlimited
access
- If you have a hybrid vehicle, parking is complimentary
